Lipodissolve

About

Lipodissolve is a solution of phosphatidylcholine (PC) in deoxycholate (DC).
DC (a bile salt) breaks down the ingested fat cells, and PC is found in eggs, soybeans, mustard, sunflower, and other foods. It is found naturally in the body in all cells.  PC assists with the digestion and drainage of released fat. PC mainly protects the neighboring tissue from the corrosive action of DC. When injected in subcutaneous fat, DC may leads to adipocyte (fat cell) death.  There is less pain, bruising, and induration when DC is combined with PC. Once the fat cells are destroyed, they are slowly removed by the macrophages (foam cells) in the concomitant inflammatory response, which should result in fat reduction in the treated area. PC/DC treatment also results in newly laid down collage, which tightens the overlying skin.

LipoDissolve involves relatively painless injections of substances which melt the fat beneath the skin and shrink the fat cells. Lipodissolve helps with shaping the body and reducing cellulite by melting the fat beneath the skin and shrinking the fat cells. The fat dissolves and is excreted by the kidneys and the intestines. PC//DC treatments can be applied to many body areas including the abdomen, arms,, waist, hips, back, and legs. LipoDissolve is typically best for small pockets of fat. Multiple treatments spaces 4 weeks apart are recommended.
